On April 22,2010, KHB announced its 2009 annual report. Full year 2009 revenue increased 27.53% to RMB 621.20 million. Net profit generated for the full year 2009 was RMB 204.34 million, an increase 23.04% compared to the last year. Full year 2009 earnings per share increased 23.04% to RMB 0.50 from RMB 0.40 in 2008.

KHB’s Board of Directors has proposed an annual profit allocation plan of cash dividend RMB 0.20 (pre-tax) and stock dividend 0.20 per share. The annual profit allocation plan will be finally approved by 2009 Annual General Meeting scheduled on May 13, 2010.
